At first glance it doesn't seem like the IAT in the air filter would make much of a difference, but that is where Ford gets it's data point to calculate Baro pressure. Since they don't have a BMap sensor, they just wing it.
Toss in a couple of child seats and dolls with a slight tint and really make people wonder.

Yeah, i certainly didn't think much of the initial IAT sensor, since there are so many other sensors along the way! I know there is another IAT sensor right before the throttle body! Figured THAT was the really important one! Live and learn!

Oh, as for kids seats... in fact my daughter's PINK booster seats are always in the second row!!! LOL!

UPDATE!!!

I switched from SCT to a MyCal... and a new tune from Livernois... Tested it out today!



I believe that makes our Flex the world's fastest!!
