Ok, I ran the numbers and I am wrong in certain scenarios. If you compare a fully loaded Cruze to a base Volt, paid cash for both, never went out of the Volts E-range, didn't figure in higher costs for title and insurance, and didn't have to pay to have a 220V charger installed, the Volt will run 35,495 for 10 years, the Cruze 50,575.
