I most definitely know, I see it often and it's amazing how it effects people. Keep it up as it only gets better.

Very cool stuff. It is always good to hear folks having success losing weight & feeling better. I'm glad to see this thread wake up. I just keep losing weight even though I have made some changes. I won't fuss, Until I have no visable fatty deposits left then I might start to worry. I guess not only was "it's not fat that's making you fat" true for me (remember that old quote?) but apparently it was gluten that was making me fat. Anyway, I'll just keep riding it out for a while until & feel worried that I am starting to lose muscle instead of fat.

That's what weight training is for

Haha I mean true... but being as that comes with fat... I feel better just saying it's time to get fat At least I know what's coming. Cutting season. In about 6 to 8 months

Yeah, I know and I guess that is what I am going to be left with after this week. I need grief therapy. :( They are changing my dance exercize class to too late for me to go. I started going to that one because the ones in my town moved to so early I can't make it there in time after work. So............ no aerobics, or zumba, or any dance/exercize class I can make it to. Maybe it is what I need to push me to more weight work, but these classes are more than calorie burning to me. They are my stress management, my fun, my group therapy. They push me to be consistent & make me happy. Now I am sad. :( I will look around & see if I can find something else that is at a time I can make it, but it is not looking good.

Hi all, it has been a while since I posted in here. I have pretty much been working or riding my bike in preparation for two 100 mile races coming up in the next month and loosing weight. 21 weeks ago, my wife and I set out a weight loss goal and this week we both achieved them!

Combined we have lost 121.5 pounds. My diabetes is under control, fatty liver disease is gone and both of our cholesterol numbers are on the low side. No more meds for either of us. Everyone on this thread have helped us reach this milestone. Your stories and suggestions have helped motivate me throughout this process. Thank You!!!!

Here is a photo showing our progress. We both still have more to go, but this first 5 month goal is under our belts and we both have completely new wardrobes. The wife is even starting to buy Jr. sizes in jeans!

Congrats to you both! You guys are lookin' good.
keep up the good work. Isn't it great being a 2 Camaro family???????????? T
Today is the last day of my Dance exercize class I will be able to attend. I seriously need grief counseling. I have really loved that class. I have just got to find me another class!

I love it when I see posts like this. You both look great and I'm sure you must feel that way as well.

Good luck with the up coming races.
