Need some input on selling the motor
Well I finally got time for working on the car since my daughter finally started school. In a couple of weeks, I will be swapping the stock LS3 for a built L99 that I purchased from a friend. (Nothing against the other motors, I just felt like going this route will be a bit cheaper) That being said, I will have an extra motor in my garage. I was wondering, what would be a fair price for the LS3 with 16K miles to the crank. Not in a rush to sell it, but It would help to know how much and if its worth it to sell or just keep. I dont mind either. Any advice on this would be helpful.

I would guess 2-3 k. Redline has a new Corvette motor from a 2013 for 5k complete with less than 200 miles on it.

I figured something more those lines. Chevy quoted me for a brand new engine for a little over 5k which I knew was just their price. But around 3-4k for a used sounds about right. Thanks guys!
