False, if someone wants a gun in this country they can get one illegally easier than they can legally. So if a tracking law was imposed there would be just that many more purchased w/o a background check. The people that buy them through proper channels are not the ones that need to be tracked/lose liberties.

Nope. Not till I get ready to retire from the Army. I cant justify buying a house and having to leave it in three or four years. But that's just me.

True, one of them or I guess it's more that he hates me for not letting him put his road through my property

at least he is the bordering neighbor that's the furthest from my house.

The person below me also has good neighbors that put up with loud cars and working in the garage with air tools till all hours of the night.

True. On one side neighbors grandson met our daughter while they were moving in - now they're married and I was just informed yesterday I am going to be a grandpa again! Also the neighbor restored jags, so cars are in his blood also. Our other neighbors moved in yesterday and came over to ask if it was ok to park in front of our house while the moving truck was here - which is a good sign of great neighbors.
