Theres a couple of places that are decent.... But it's just not the same. Luckily my favorite butcher just reopened after a fire destroyed his shop. They have THE best roasts for smoking, outside of Texas or Oklahoma. Might have to fire up the smoker this weekend.... Mmmmmmmmmmmmm

J, I miss that tapas place there. That place was hella good last time I went.

Joe, my butcher makes super awesome brats and other sausage masterpieces, all from scratch. Crazy Germans and their meat.

the place here who makes the best is called Butcher Boy, but there are many others, I definitely need to get some
