It's an app for the iPhone that lets you see posted pictures on a single profile tagged by people using a "#" sign before the name of the profile (igcamarocommunity).
So take a picture, tag it as #igcamarocommunity and it shows up on the profile

I don't get the point of instagram, don't worry I am technological enable. Have a masters in SE, just don't get the point of it. If you want to share pictures of Camaros why not here?
I also love the fact that everyone puts those shitty filters on using instagram, it drives me nuts lol
