I deal with that too... my coworker has a very heavy indian accent....

Well my company is advertised as all English speaking. People pay the high price for our services because they know they will have someone speaking English at all times.

I WISH we were like that. I know there are clients that sign up with stipulations that they are to NOT be offshored for ANYTHING but....

I wouldn't mind of they hired the right people - but they don't. They hire the people that can't read or decipher anything on thier own and it's like you have to do half their job for them.
How hard is it to read "please update my address to BLAH BLAH" and get what they want without asking onshore to HIGHLIGHT the new address b/c you can't tell, is it the one that's already on file they want it updated to, or the one they say is new???
