I know how you feel!! That's how I am with my job now. I don't get here on time anymore, I roll in when I do. I work when I feel like it. We have a btch here like that too. She strolls in at 9 then leaves a 3 and takes an hour lunch and puts down 8 hrs. She is always gone for the simplest of things, and I get a look when I need to take off for my baby to get shots!! WTF!! I don't blame you hun!! Start job hunting!!
