The agent on the phone said we are lucky no one got hurt. They pulled his computer and said he was driving like a fool.

I hope he learned his lesson and can move on.

from the way the couple he ran into were talking about him, i think he'll be just fine. remember, she said she saw him at fest, and he was joking around and laughing with his buddies.

Yeah but we don't know if we just got him at a good time. Not all people handle stressful situations the same way. Maybe laughing and joking is the way he handles it.

i know, but you didn't cause the accident either.

you are right, people handle situations differently. i don't think i would be able to crack a smile the whole weekend, had i been that kid.

I would have been in the hotel room crying, but I am also not a young boy.

I would be heartbroken over my total jewel. Then I would have felt bad for the other drivers and asking them if they were okay.

OOOHHHH!!! Then yeah, he did get what he deserves, but at the cost of others expense too. I mean you and what 2 other ppl ended up with busted cars cuz of his DA! Hopefully he does learn to not drive like a DA ever again, but we all know that won't happen. His insurance will stick it to him, and hopefully your adjuster is VERY generous!!
