I've been on vacay last couple weeks. Went to our beach house for 10 days then chillin. I dont take my phone with me on vacation when I take the kids. I have no worries bc they are with me and it's my getaway from everything

It was supposed to give you dlc car packs at a discount for a 3 or 4 month period. Bascally you pre-ordered them at a discount. Most of the car packs are discounted now it seems so it has become worthless.
