Up late getting the nails done. Tomorrow................Uh, wait..........today is the day! Leaving home around 11ish to meet the Camarovan from Texas at Bowling Green, Ky. I ended up with a group of them joining me to have lunch at Ruby Tuesday (where My Daughter used to work - She is still a manager for Ruby Tuesday, but is in Fla now). I probably couldn't sleep anyway, so I might as well stay busy.

Hey Ligthning, Ruby and Diane! Thanks for the welcome! I plan to drive 465 on Thursday in the cruise and visit the parking lot. Also, plan to be in the parking lot Friday night. Can't go to the Raceway until Saturday. .... big sigh .... Responsibility requires that I work. Looking forward to meeting some of you!

I did get some sleep. Don't worry about me. I will be fine. I always get like this before big trips/events & this one is the biggest in a long time. I can't believe it is finally here!
I'm up, having my morning shake & coffee then packing up to hit the road. See those of you going soon & the rest of you hold down the fort here and have some fun yourselves this weekend. I am taking the laptop so I will check in & post some pics when I can.  Some of my club guys plan to get some video too & hopefully we can get some of those posted up too!

Going to try and troubleshoot dishwasher over the phone from work today. Should be interesting. Then, I'm sneaking out of work early to go meet up with zeebad1 - maybe you've seen his thread about a road trip? He and his wife are in Seattle now, we're going to get together! Hi Maggie, looks like I've got your weather here today. Rained very consistenly ovenight in my neighborhood and is off and on now. The sun is trying to peek through and I was looking for a rainbow (very common here when it rains) a bit ago but didn't see one to the Southwest anyway.
I haven't had the news on but I'm sure there's street flooding around town. We're under a flash flood watch till 11PM tonight - typical this time of year. The temp is at 78, the humidity and dewpoint high (79/62) and another round of rain could come at any time. You ready for some Wally's?
