My dad has an all original 1981 DeLorean with 1600 miles on it. He won it from Hot Rod Magazine back in the early 80's.

I had 2 1987 Dodge Shelby Lancers, only 800 made and they were numbered by Shelby. First CD player in American production car, had fun with them.

My 2003 10th Anniversary Cobra. It was 1 out of 365 made. I believe the number built was somewhere in the low thousand's, or high hundreds.
Still miss that car.

My '86 Monte Carlo SS is pretty rare, only 41,164 made. Mine has a bench and column shift, not many ordered that way. Most were sold in the south and mid-west, not many in Ca. Most are gone now due to rust and abuse.

And me? 1966 Pontiac GTO 389 Tri Power.

'69 Z/28 in Rally Green with a MEDIUM Green Comfortweave interior. I have never seen another one like that (for good reason). The light green interior is RARE and even rarer in a Comfortweave Deluxe interior option. All that fancy plastic woodgrain in a sea of light pea green.
![]() Unfortunately for the purists who love rare unusual combinations... The ugly green interior was already long gone when I got the car back in 1979. Nobody makes any interior parts for that combination. I had to go a different route during the rebuild. It is now Lemans Blue/White stripes with Black and White houndstooth. A better looking car IMHO but not totaly "original". -Mark. |

Do you still have the GTO? I am currently trying to sell a 1966 GTO. It is a matching number car. Tri-power, 4 speed with Hurst, wood steering wheel... and more. It has 94,000 miles and no rust. Much more... cant remember everything right now. My father-in-law passed and the car was left to my wife and me to sell. I was told i could get 35k for it, but not sure if the market is there for that price. Any idea what i should start with for a price?
