I have an app out for NC right now (I think?? The HR guy emailed to ask me about additional qualifications, to which I gave him general info and referred him to my team lead for verification or whatever -- and I've heard nothing....so I don't know if I was in or out of that running ) and the HR guy is NOT good at responding to emails.

I was trying to stay with the company, but I don't know. I get rejected for everything and my degree is useless here :(
