Summit Sucks... I think they tell you whatever just to get your money and then when you start looking for the items it is always on back order. Tell Pete to bring you one.

Hey PeeBee....I was watching a show this weekend and it feature a TVR...That is a cool looking car you have there.

Thanks for the hopes...alot of work will still have to be done after it is driving but at least I will be able to drive it.

As for the progress on mine:

Camshafts should arrive half of August. Then assembling the engine.
Maufacturing the intake manifolds, and setting up the fancy cooling stuff.
Running in and tuning.

According to the dealership, it should be up and running by end of September..

Anyway, don't want to steal your thread here

No it's all good here...I know exactly how you are feeling when you are expecting certain things to be done and keep getting strung along.

I did get an e-mail conformation that the parts I ordered form Summit have been delivered so they should be at home when I get off from work and that is a good thing.

LOL, Finally got a break this morning.......

All the items I ordered from Summit came in yesterday so they were waiting on me when I got home.

Matt completed the seat brackets and we have installed the seats...What a PITA that was but at least it is now completed.

We also was able to install the steering wheel, column shifter knob and all the other things that go on the steering column.

Took off all the wheels and tires...Matt is going to get them balanced and balancing beads installed in them so we can put them back on tonight.

Took off the bumper brackets so they can be completely welded today.

We also got the oil changed in Dr Jkel so he is ready for the trip to INDY.

We also did a little bit of modify checking..LOL

Idiot had put 20x10's on the back and 18x9's on the front and it just looked funny to me....So last night when we took the wheels off I put the back one on the front to see how it would look and check for clearance......They clear fine and look alot better so it looks like I will have to find 2 more wheels like the rear and tires......More Money

That will have to come in the future but at least now I know what will fit on it.

Yeah I know...I need to get a new laptop so I can do that....I am going to have Matt do a video on his phone when I drive it and have him post it up for me......Hell his phone is faster than any laptop I have seen.

If you know what kind of helmet you want, call the store in McDonough and see if they have it in stock...if they do I can go over there and pick it up for you and bring it to the fest. I'm only 10 min from Summit.
