Specs:

Bore, Stroke, anticipated 91-octane rwhp (or is this build for race gas only)?

With a 9" transplant, this application is for strip use, I presume.

4.125" Bore, 4.000" Stroke and it will be tuned for 93 octane pump gas.

I'm not sure what kind of power numbers to expect. He's not using a very aggressive camshaft. Specs are 235/242 .603/.618 114 LSA.

We have several C6Z N/A stock bottom end head/cam, bolt-on builds that make 600-630 RWHP with our stage 3 camshaft, but it's more aggressive than he wants in this car.

The engine is complete, waiting on other parts to complete the build before we tear into it.

This is the car

It should make good power, but that was not the only goal the customer had. He wants something that will be durable and can be used as a daily driver. He's not using a very aggressive camshaft. Specs are 235/242 .603/.618 114 LSA.

We have several 472ci N/A stock bottom end LS7's with head/cam, bolt-on builds that make 600-630 RWHP with our stage 3 camshaft, but it's more aggressive than he wants in this car.

I have the same goals. I want to mate this setup, or one very similar, to my 6L80 and not have to worry about anything for a looooong time. Is he utilizing the stock tranny in his build?

Still waiting on quite a few parts, so the engine isn't in the car yet. I'll post updates as we progress.

Thank you,

Rick
