I let her knock and ring the bell. Then she figured it out. Then stood their and waiting for me to open the other door. I said, " use your card." as I would be talking to a child.

Added note: every time you enter a room you have to fob yourself in. So they know who is in that room. She is going to have a long journey if she doesn't learn quickly.
