Things like B vitamins & fish oils only help with your metabolism IF you are working out. If not your body doesn't use them in that capacity and they have no effect on your metabolism.

I don't think eating so little is a good idea.

i use to ride the bus home sometimes when i was a kid in central california. We lived on 5 acres outside of town. it was hot and i'd tell the other kids 'i'm going to jump in the pool when i get home.' by the time i walked in the house i was throwing up with a migraine :(
