Tell her that - and tell her straight up that if she's not interested then to just let you know b/c trying to push you away isn't going to work. If she's not into you that way, she needs to just be straight up and say it.

I don't know if she's honestly afraid you'll hurt her - or she's just playing games instead of not being a woman and telling you she's not interested.

I just have to disagree... If a girl finds a great guy and wants him, she will do ANYTHING to be with him. Just like if a guy wants a girl he'll do whatever it takes to get her.

I've just learned this through some tough experience!

I totally agree with Tessa that she needs to grow a pair and say it though. If she can't be honest then you don't want her anyway. And if she is that insecure that could mean a HOST of other problems

Yea I've responded to her flaws response already. Also, that we all have faults and a person has to be willing to look past it. I am going to tell her after her response that if she just wants to be friends and nothing more I am okay with that and willing to be friends. I do know she is afraid of hurting me.

Though it's more a fear thing - she might not be over passed issues.
Once you get over those - you aren't a coward like this and you might point out flaws, but you are still willing to try and go out with someone who asks. If she can't let it go and keeps putting out all these "issues" then she's just got no balls and is holding onto the past too much.

At some point, you forget the past and look towards the future - this chick doesn't seem like she's really at this point.
