I think i would have been screaming in my car at the light for that.... I get very angry around stupid drivers and terrible intersections and light times....

yeah, it's a new left turn green arrow. used to not have anything and you could turn left on green. never had any issues there and traffic seemed to flow pretty good. always have to ef shit up.
