mostly truck and suv plants. senior employees can relocate. This is from my dad who works at the cobalt/cruze plant.

Yeah I know...I am just hoping it dosen't overall affect GM as a whole over the long term. From what I understand they are not shutting down production of the Camaro

well... they may have to. If they file chapter 11, from what I understand its lights out for everything until a bankruptcy judge can approriate spending. Everything is in the courts hands then. Now I am assuming that the courts will realize the importance of keeping this line open and get things back on line quickly. We can all hope that they can not miss a beat but no one really knows right now.

As for another key plant with GM now, lordstown which is being switched over to make the Cruze, may need to go offline too. From what I hear only for about a week though as they need to complete the change over ASAP so they can start producing the Cruze which is supposed to save GM. The Cruze, the Camaro and the Volt....

We shall see...
