Question for the SS owners. If I plan on going for big power (bolt on's and blower) and racing should I go the Auto route or Manual route. Basically L99 or LS3?

Well I went Auto because my parents made me
ok as truthful as that is, I always prefer auto for racing, less to worry about.
disregard the fact I don't know how to drive manual

My parents want me to go Auto as well. My V6 is an auto and yes it is easier to drive around town. But I'm worried about costs and how strong the parts will be in the L99 vs the LS3 when it comes to modding.

Yea I prefer Auto for the 1/4 mile.

I know how to drive both luckily.

Definitely L99, everybody has their reasons for both, Jannetty has all the evidence I need to see

Joe and I are both Tuned by him
Only difference is I did a mail tune and Joe went direct

How much is the tune because I don't want AFM plus I plan on getting a different exhaust so don't want a crappy sound.

Mail order tubes are free if you buy the parts from him.

Tuner/tune for blower =$700

Later add on parts 155 per tune.

well the member SuperchargedSS's L99 sold me, when he first started with that Camaro he had the JRE street package which I have and he ran 12.3 with street tires, then he added a magnacharger and went 10.9, now his Camaro is crazy and runs 9's
