uh, yes. he probably never took the actual insert off the panel. they are held on by plastic rivets. which neet to be either cut off, or heated up so they can squeeze through the holes. you will need to find special screws to put them back on. they are 1/8 inch long screws. VERY short screws. i couldn't find them at lowe's or home depot. so i bought 1/4 inch screws and just cut them in half. lol huge PITA. if the screws are too long, then they will stick through your panel. no bueno.

SUMBITCH!!! I know he used to have a heat gun, I'll ask if he still has it. OY!! Why must they make it so difficult?!?! Yeah, he said next weekend so I'll have time to research and get some things together. I better have plenty of beer.

Someone at work decided to tell people that I was sleeping with an agent at work. I told my girlfriends I was going to tell my boss. She said why? Yes, this is why I stay to myself and my 2 girls at work. I don't talk to anyone else unless it is work related. My work is drama free and that is the way I like it. No one knows my personal life.
