just to be on the safe side, i would get 2 of everything. probably don't need that much promoter or primer, but better to have too much, than not enough. 600grit is all you need for sandpaper.

Generally yes you can't have a passenger. There are exceptions for special events, etc... but why would you even want the extra weight?

well, some people think you don't need both. i used both just to be cautious. it doesn't hurt, lets just put it that way. the promoter goes on clear, where the primer goes on white or black. helps the base coat be more even, and sometimes pops more if it's being sprayed on a white surface, and a tad darker on black surface.

i believe the primer is white, from automotive touchup.
