And people trash on GM's quality vs Nissan, hmm lets see, you get a ZR1 for only 10g's more than the "uber super japan mobile" with a 100k mile powertrain warranty, oh and they provide you with a racing school to learn how to beat the wheels off the car.

I for one, like the car, but the warranty crap is just horrible.

Much rather have a Z06.

in all honesty, most GT-R owners dont really care about their warranties... but it does suck for those owners that bought the car thinking they could drive it hard and have a really badass car

for those owners, I give Nissan the EPIC FAIL for misleading advertising and engineering to the point of being too delicate

I dont know about that. Just because you can afford a Ferrari doesnt mean your going to volunteer voiding your warranty to pay the maintenance

that statement is just based on the people that I know who own GT-Rs... all of them have voided their warranty in one way or another and didn't think twice about it... bigger wheels, different exhaust, turbo and wastegate upgrades, etc.... everyone I've met that owns one just doesn't care... they're not happy about the price of ownership, but it didn't stop them from making the car "theirs"

While there may be changes in final MSRP pricing of your vehicle, in accordance with state law, your actual purchase price will be determined by your selling dealer and subject to your contract(s) with your selling dealer.

And people complain about chevy dealers...

My neighbor bought a first year Honda S2000, he had to go to CT to get it cause every Honda Dealer nearby wanted $5k over sticker... Happened with otehr hot vehicles like the Odyssey minivan as well!! They are all just as bad!

I love the GT-R GT1 car, but it had to retire at Silverstone because the tire was rubbing against the wheel well or something. Still a mean looking car though.

Well, that's one way to get 911 Turbo performance for less. Just skimp on the components! When they break because they're too fragile, don't cover anything. Why bother with this thing? Just get a Z06.
