If I never let myself cheat or have anything I like, I will rebound and become a walrus (again). So...
I need to change my life as opposed to just shape up a little or drop a few lbs.

I don't really ever drink (minus the usually two times I binge drink a year with my sisters ) and now I just count calories for everything. So even when I go out to eat I just take home half of it or whatever.

and dell.. a bunch of idiots.. i SPECIFICALLY said on the phone.. the power supply unit is bad.. they guy argues and said no "its the motherboard"

so he sent a motherboard..swapped it in..guess what..same no power on condition..

stupid pricks.. now they're sending a Power supply..

yeah, i'm just have a goal set for fest. after fest, i have another goal set for the end of september. but after that, i'll be off this strict diet and just eat healthy and work out occasionally, to stay where i want. lifestyle change. well for me, it's going back to my old lifestyle.
