I was splurgy when my sisters were here b/c there was WAY too much liquor around but I'm back on track so suck it!


I actually have not had ice cream here at work since we moved to this building (and our old one never had ice cream day) and aside from some at home with my sister - I haven't actually had ANY all year until this passed month.


Plus the bowl I got was like less then a cup of ice cream. I did good!

i've had only subs or salads for about 2 months now. actually have only had salads for the past week. and only water.

no sweets, no bread/bad carbs.
