No. If the center was over land, it would weaken. The center is over warm water, which is why it's not weakening.

I didn't even know we had a Tropical Storm until Sunday! According to the weather channel it'll hit you guys dead on when it's a tropical depression on Saturday.

with a degree, and that much experience, you could probably find something for 60k out here. just have to look!
