According to my doctor, I lost another 13 pounds last month-- and I can now wear size Medium T-shirts again!

Not competing this weekend like I had planned but I am going to compete on Aug, 18th, work got way too busy and when competing feels more like a second job that's when I know I need to chill! This is supposed to be a fun thing after all this hard work!
But the competition I'm doing in Aug. is here in Mobile so it should be FUN!!!

New pic from my last show !

Thanks Bonnie! Went and tried on my wedding dress last night, the seamstress told me I couldnt lose anymore weight. Grrrrrrrr. But it did look freaking awesome! Just going to tone up from here on out, and if I start losing, I guess I'll add some more calories into my diet.

Awe boo for not competeing but I understand where you are coming from. I love my blog but sometimes I feel like its like having a second job and I just have to force myself to take a break for a few days and focus on me, family, and Skip.

Can't wait till your next competition, you looked rocking at your last and I LOVE your suit, that color is perfect for you!

I took an injury last week that is going to set me back a little bit. My lower back started getting muscle spasms, so most of my workouts are out for a week or two. So looks like my July 1st timeframe is going to get pushed back to about mid July now :(

How much have you lost? That's awesome girl, and having to maintain is a good thing, you don't have to kill yourself doing extra cardio to get the weight off! WoooHooo! Congrat's!

That's ok, just don't eat bad, maintain a strict diet and give yourself a cheat day!

That's ok, just don't eat bad, maintain a strict diet and give yourself a cheat day!

I'm back in a size four. Early Jan I was a small 8, and that is when I cut out tv to make more time to workout again. I kinda let work and school rule me for a semester but I was like yeah no. And its not that I felt like I was overweight either I just didn't feel comfortible in my skin.

That's awesome. I know how good it feels too.

And feeling comfortable in your own skin is a great way to put it. My problem was that I was STARTING to feel comfortable.

I hear ya! To be honest, I feel better when I have a few more pounds on me after a show, I just don't like showing so many ribs! lol
I figure if I keep at it, I'll have a full toned look with out my rib's showing so much, I just have to get that lean to get the fat off my butt! lmao!
