I read something last week about how some scientists found out that a certain audio signal can mess with your brain and senses into seeing/hearing/feeling things that aren't actually there. So a lot of "paranormal activity" might be explained by that.

On the other hand, a lot of weird stuff happens all the time with a wide range of people. So I definitely think ghosts are possible.

i want to say yes, but i haven't actually seen any in person. reason i say this is because in the redflag building next door, there have been stories of sightings and hearing weird noises at night.

one night, a security gaurd was on duty by himself, and heard a noise down the hallway. he took his phone out and started recording. he pointed it down the hallway to the right, and nothing, he moves the phone to his left, still nothing, he turns back to the right, and you can see a shadow of a man in a trench coat type figure just standing in the middle of the hallway, and it glides off to the side of the hallway, into the wall. i saw this video straight from his phone, so i'm not sure how it could have been doctored. but i had goosebumps. it was really freaky.

Will never forget it.

A guy a little older than my dad is now, maybe, with one arm. He was upstairs at my grandma's a lot when us kids were playing. When I was maybe seven or eight I asked her who he was-- he wasn't transparent or anything, just looked like a normal guy. I'd see him walk by the bedroom while we were playing the pinball machine. Never threatening. Kind of like he was keeping an eye on us.

Anyway, asked my grandma who the guy with one arm was upstairs. She got really freaked out. I found out later he was her dad-- I had no idea up to that point that my great grandpa had lost his arm in a logging accident.
