You know what? Dumping on someone because they misspelled something has got to be the epitome of cheap shots. English might not be his first language and/or he might have a disability that isn't fully accommodated to the point at he can post with perfect spelling and grammar. Last I checked that isn't a requirement for posting on this forum.

Who was dumping? Did I miss something? At least im my case, I was kidding, winks and smillies and all.

I have to admit, mine isn't perfect either but i had to re-read the title 3 or 4 times to try to understand what he meant. Who knows maybe he typed it AFTER the workout and his arm/finger muscles were mush?

If he was at all offended by my joke, I publicly appologize to him.

A mi me el programa de "insanity". Cuando estaba en el ejercito lo hice todos Los Dias por un ano y mi tranformacion era increible. Buerna suerte.

Don't need to apologies, i'm not offended! I know is true... I use my iphone with out correction spelling... Hey! I know everybody knows me for my bad grammar! I know i make people laugh!
