Jason just teach her to be smart about it. If you block it at home she will go to a friends house. Better to teach her right and wrong and let her make her own decisions. Most of the time they will be the right one.

I didn't on actual things I subscribed to. Like XBL I had it under my moms name and DoB (she knew) and at the age of 18 I transfered ownership
