I have done P90X and X2, but my knees hurt just thinking about Insanity.

Brave man. Brave.

I have a coach on FB that helps support people through these programs, and there are several on just starting or finishing Insanity. PM me if you'd like his name.

OP - I just completed insanity a couple weeks ago. Definitely stick too it, take breaks when needed, better to pace through and finish then to go too hard and hurt yourself or lose confidence.

I have p 90x, p 90x 2 and insanity... Love making hybrid workouts with this. Insanity is just going to tone you up and get you in great shape. Good to incorporate p 90 with it for some weight training IMHO...
