Does this boss pay you extra to babysit your roommate?? I say if anything wake up in the morning when YOU want to, if you must help out, call her a cab, and then she can take the cab and pay the fare. See you helped. He should be paying for the gas she uses then. THAT shouldn't be your responsibility. They can't do that!!!
