I dont think a 21 is mature enough to enforce the law. No offense. All I did was break the law when I was 21

Because you broke the law means I am not mature enough? The worst thing I have done in my life is speed. Never even had a sip of alcohol until I was 21. Today was the first day I actually drank. Oh and I had sex with a 17yo when I was 19.
