Thanks guys. I feel bad because the person leaving has to leave because her husband died and she needs a job closer to home and her grandmother is dying. Her grandmother lives with her and takes care of the kids.

Yup, coming to an end, and the other we have rolling out doesn't need 3 of me here in LC, but I'm NOT moving to Arizona!! Too effin' hot there.

If I could fly under radar until the end of the year that would be great. We are moving anyways, but I don't want to move now.
