I like helping people and getting to help the soldiers and there families will be awesome. I have had problems speaking in front of people my whole life, as well as speaking to new people. My anxiety tends to lead into panic attacks and then into passing out. And its at it's worst when im surrounded by lots of people or lots of cars. I never know what to say to new people either. O.o' On a good note my husband made up for volunteering me by giving me an early anniversary present today. It was a new gaming keyboard that lights up and changes colors slowly. He is laughing at me becuase I was more interested in the coloring changing aspects than in the gaming aspects lol.

That's scary - I can understand why you are afraid of doing this then. But I think as you go along you will get over your fear and it will become more natural. After all - you'll be doing something you have a passion for, so it's not as bad as trying to get up in front of people when you have no idea what you are saying or whatever...

This. I just do my nails myself. Especially my toes, because it's so much cheaper. I'm with DragonLady, I can't have polished fingernails anyway... I work in surgery. One of the downsides, but I paint them on the weekends when I feel like it!

I've been neglecting C5, but I'm buying a house!! So I am SUPER excited, nervous, etc. It's going to be mine though so I can do whatever decor I want and I'll finally have a garage for my Camaro!!

Thanks!! For sure I'll get some pics. I offered yesterday, he countered, then I accepted the counter today. Just have to do inspections, etc. I haven't slept in a few days just from nerves and the whole overwhelmed feeling.

The great thing is it has a beautifully redone kitchen & bathroom and a GREAT backyard for my dog and parties. I just hope the inspection goes well. Eeeek!!

And now I'm even more addicted to Pintrest. Yikes.

Usually I do my own nails, but got them done since that's what my mom wanted to do for me for mother's day. She paid for my manicure and I paid for her pedicure!! I don't usually get them done at all because my nails break so fast anyhow! I usually do my own pedicures too!! Did my last one a week before I had Caleb!!

I wish I could get some pretty acrylic nails. I had them once and my husband loved them. But it's not practical with my career. I found out the hard way that they get caught on what im doing easily and get ripped off and omg that hurts like heck. O.O
I did get my hair done yesterday though. They cut off three inches. :( But its cute and platinum blonde.

I only get my nails done because I'm a horrible nail biter. If I didn't have acrylics, my fingers would be bloody stumps. I do hear ya on the pain, though. Once, I hit my pinky on my steering wheel really hard. The acrylic didn't break or come off, instead, it ripped my nail back almost all the way off. I had to go get a nerve block at the doctor and have them take the acrylic off to see how much damage there was. The doc said she had never had to play manicurist before. Luckily, the nail didn't come all the way off! It took about 4 months to grow back completely attached again.
