I don't know why the ZL585 is faster than the ZL1 The CTS-V wagon weights a ton and has less HP than the ZL1, but its been running about the same as the ZL1 I think the ZL1 is leaving something on the table, but I don't know what?

I honestly doubt it traped more than 122mph. I bet it just made really good use of its tires and traction. I think that car gets PS2 305's. I remember being at the track once and a guy was cutting 1.7 60ft's with a LS2 Vette who was running PS2 tires. 1.7 60ft in a 12 second car on street tires is REALLY good at that track.

Disagree... I'm not fooling myself into believing my ZL1 can beat a 2013 GT500 at anything. If I ever did I'd have you guys to correct me... frankly I'm pretty happy with what I have at the price I got it.

It's all about the motives some have when they come here and post "in your face" comments with fake info in their Avitars. Sorry I'm not stupid enough to buy into it. (and it's only in this thread) Guarantee you when the ZL1 was beating the crap out of the Boss I wasn't over in the Ford Forums posting smak. I really didn't give a crap...
