wow. What goes through people's minds sometimes? Turned a bad situation worse, for what? Now he's gonna have criminal charges pressed against him and he'll get his car impounded.... An accident will get you a citation only. Some people just don't think things through.

At least it was the driver having problems and not the car. Probably would have just gotten a ticket until he crashed into it on purpose.
