Let's see someone smart put a proper X brace to replace the back seat to solve the fixed axel monocoque problem and get some wider tires on this thing and see some f$#^&*g road course track times already. Enough about how powerful this thing is.

Release the Nurburgring times Ford and stop being pussies. Erik

I thought the Evos looked pretty cool the first time I saw it but now that I have seen it more and more im starting to get tired of the design now for some reason. I cant stand the back end at all the only part that really looks very goos is the front but even that im not so sure of anymore.

Almost a CTS-V, but bought a Raptor, instead? What was the deciding factor? Ground clearance?

Here's a lil heap we created about 8 years ago. World Challenge c/f Widebody, full 'cage, T-1 suspension, TT 346 with small turbos. 3175 Curb, with air and cruise and Bose. 598/590 @ the 335 rears. Ran 10.90s. And a 1:20 on Michelin Sport Cups @ Road Atlanta.

TheReaper, ahhhhhhh, uhhhmmmmm, actually the new car scent air freshener does make me calm.

The two factors that seem to be unsolved with the GT500 are the inner rear wheel lift in hard corners by not solving the monocoque issue with the fixed axel (which is addressed in the Boss LS by the X brace), and the tires not being quite wide enough to really take the force in high speed turns.

It will be great to see the side to side comparisons on road courses between the ZL1 and the 2013 GT500, but we are already beginning to hear the ambiguous responses from the magazines and Ford about exact times and info on the handling, where as we have had over 2 weeks now of exact tests and comparisons from every angle on the cars drag times and top speed.

Why the lack of recorded times from any number of tracks in the US that have established times from every car recorded in the last 20 years. Not hard to produce considering even road atlanta must have track times and records of it's own. Erik
