It looks like a rainy weekend here. We are marching with our Dachshund club in the local Pride parade on Sunday. I am figuring it will be fun to drive a "Wiener Wagon" in the pride parade can't wait to hear some of the comments we get

Here is my Friday pic. Ruby went in this morning to get her TPMS fixed. This is the second warranty covered service I have had done (the first was broken drivers seat that got a factory upgrade that strengthens the broken part). The rear passenger side sensor was shorted out. They were very careful with my new wheels. So far both Mike & I have been very happy with our local dealership service dept. Ruby is good as new.

Glad to hear they fixed it for you under warranty. Actually, I am surprised they did....

They said if the sensors had been damaged when they moved them to my new wheels/tires it would not be covered but since they worked for 2 weeks including a road trip to Louisville it was not likely that was the case. They said there was no damage to the sensor it just shorted out so it was covered. I also told them where I got them done & they said "Oh, Hunter's did them, they are good they probably did not damage them"

I agree, but there are only 2 dealers here. The next closest is about 130 miles. I actually drove 300 miles to buy the car because the dealers here are thieves. One wanted 5k over msrp and the other wouldnt budge off of msrp.
Location, Location, Location...

You are lucky to have a good dealer close to you...
Don't know if you remember but I took it to the Carson City dealer for the airbag sensor recall and I got it back with a big chip on the top of the fender... I wouldnt go back there to get a new lugnut....

Actually, I would not be likely to buy from my local dealer or at this point the next closest one that I did buy Ruby from...............or the dealership in Clarksville. Not saying never, but none of them are usually places to get a good deal on purchase. I lucked out when I bought Ruby because there was interstate construction where I purchased her & sales had been way down. They were pretty desperate & we were a tough sale but they did what we needed them to do & I got my baby. We do have a good service dept at the local dealership though.

Well the beer is important but if you really watch them you will be surprised how easy it is to install. Can't wait to see the pictures.

Here's my Friday foto. It's a little scary, so if you're easily frightened, scroll past it really quick.
