I got a pretty decent raise at the beginning of the year for my annual review, just got told last week I should be getting another one with my official promotion in July sometime......

Our raises are like 500 bucks a year IF that
 It's why they implemented quarterly bonuses -- and those, after taxes, are more then our annual raises....I can't even pay for gas for 2 months on those (annual ones I mean).

I get set numbers for my yearly since we are salary think they gave me a 9k raise this year. Now I will get another differential on top of that once my recent promotion is finalized in ink.
