My wife doesnt get the whole "muscle car" thing either. Also doesnt like speed or the "being slammed into the seat by raw hp" feeling. So, when I want to drive like that I leave her at home. When I want to go on Sunday drive, she tags along...WHILE I DRIVE THE SPEED LIMIT AND ACCELERATE VERY SLOWLY....needless to say.....she syas at home alot.

And with the advantages of having a girlfriend I'd say a little self-restraint is not as bad as hugging a pillow all night. And considering how comfortable these cars are, she might just enjoy a nice cruise if you take it easy. When she isn't in the car, then have at it. And then you'll both be happy. And BTW, as far as taking girl advice from women...actually, never take advice girl advice from guys. Because the same guy giving you bad advice just might be parked outside her house when you dump her (or she dumps you). And especially don't ask guys on a Camaro site for advice on your gf...sheesh. |
