Walking or running?

I love taking walks in my 'hood and it was FINALLY nice enough out today to go
I work out in the AMs but walking is just easy to get lost in.

I only do like a lap around the block, but it's a mile to a mile and a half depending which way you go - better then nothing.

We have a contest at work were we have to walk 5 miles a day. I am averaging 7.5.

7.5 is a lot damn girl - you won't have to wait until the end of the summer to see those results

We started a 'biggest loser' contest a year or two ago - but I never joined b/c it's no ones business but me what my fatass weighs

But it's cool your work does stuff like that. I want to start going out during work and walking - we have a ton of trails around our campus.
