I run a splinter darts build with double snares (Grasp and Wall of Zombies) for elite kiting. Build here. It's viable early on and only requires level 35, but it's best to use with a dagger and mojo for the fast attack speed and attack speed increasing rings. Mine are 60 intelligence and 15% attack speed each. I also have 11% attack speed gloves. It makes the triple shot splinter darts shoot extremely fast.

Once you get to 40, you could try a Vision Quest build where if 4 skills are on cooldown, you regenerate mana 300% faster. This lets you spam Dire Bats (40 yard range ones) that do tons of damage. This is what I used up to Inferno. I run splinter darts in Inferno because it allows for more CC and defensive cooldowns. With Vision Quest, you have to keep 4 skills used at all times for it to be viable. In the VQ build I linked, you would keep both pets on cooldown, Big Bad Voodo as well, and use either grasp or spirit walk every time its up.

Just a reminder anybody playing D3 or about to get the FREE authenicator. Hacking is running rampert right now. People are losing alot of stuff now.

60 barb 40k HP 300 resist 10k dps(i know weeksauce) right now in hell mode but I regen 1200 a sec and get 800 hp per hit.

The iPhone/Android app is free, but the physical authenticators are $6. But I also highly recommend everyone get an authenticator.

There was a bug that caused people to lose armor and gold on their most recently played hero with the latest patch. People weren't compromised but still lost gear and gold.

after servers come back up I'll add you matt. I just hit 50 about 5 minutes ago. 48-50 in about 30 minutes solo in act 3 nightmare. crazy.

Well I'm on Act 1 Hell. I'm not sure I'm geared for it yet. Just got a brand new weapon which ups my dps considerably. I'm still wearing level 26 rings and amulet or something. 0% magic Find and still finding decent demon hunter things. I'm getting ready to just level my dh up from level 8

Inferno is impossible. I have a DH that does 24kdmg and about 27k life and i cant take a hit for anything. I know she is suppose to be a glass cannon but geesh where is the fun in inferno when all the specials and champions are to damn fast. I cant even get away using smoke screen. :(

When i was undergeared for hell, i just farmed nightmare Whymshire for a couple hours and gathered about a million gold and bought all new dex+vit+MF% gear off the AH.

I'm now doing the same on Hell Whymire so i can gear up for inferno. (Beat hell last night)
