ok cool wanted to make sure i am not killing myself lol i may add a slice of whole grain/wheat bread along with my breakfast then!
I think it would be really good with some of that laughing cow lite cheese spread on it mmmm lol

Here is something I am having trouble deciding between on which is healthier/better for breakfast:

Option 1: Bowl of Fiber One cereal with 1/2 cup unsweet almond milk- only 80 calories, 25 carbs-15g fiber= 10 net carbs and only 2g fat (including milk)

(I am mad my mother bought the natural almond milk and not unsweetend this time lol the natural is higher in everything compared to the unsweet but i just use this now to wet the cereal a bit, about a 1/4 cup until i get the unsweet again )

Option 2: Bowl of instant oatmeal made with water: 100 calories, 25 carbs still low in fat

Everyone's body is different. For Keto, most start off at about 35gr of carbs daily like CFD said, to push the body quickly in to Ketosis (burning fat for fuel). Then you can slowly add a few carbs in up to about 50-60gr a day in my case and remain in ketosis. I do carb up with a cheat meal once a week. I love how I look after those cheat meals...muscles swell up like sponges.

Camaroitalia, I think you're good with the oatmeal, but I'd add in at least 3 egg whites. Your body needs protein first thing in the morning after you've been a sleep as it's usually 7-9 hours since you've eaten. You could also do a protein shake, but try to get 30gr or so of protein first thing.

Well, I made it through crossfit again last night, but my abs are still busted LOL

Yeah I should just drink a protein shake in the morning, seems much easier! lol

Weighed in this morning. 177.6 at 15.3%
My goal is 9%
I started my protein shakes two weeks ago, was at 183 close to 19% so I cant complain with the numbers.

Also, this is a question I had been wondering. How come the next morning after a big cheat night say I am up 3 pounds, how come my percentage can drop down like 3% overnight?

Everyone's body is different and we all have different goals, since this is now a lifesyle for me, I have excepted the fact this is the way I eat now, incorperating healthy carbs with high impact and long cardio workouts is the best way for me to always stay fit, all the time, I eat protien with every meal and snacks, Keto plan's are great, as Speedy said to get the weight off and then a good balance with your meal plans after the weight comes off, I just choose to work harder so I can have my carbs and Randy appreciates that!! LOL (I'm not very nice if I'm not eating carbs) hahaha

Everyone is Rockin it! Keep pushing and moving forward and be super proud of yourselves!

You're losing weight way fast man. Be careful there.

My thoughts on the big gain and loss after a cheat meal is water retention. The cheat meals are probably full of salt.

Oh lookit! Its Bonnie!

Hello guys! Just got back from my beach trip and I must say I'm pretty happy with my progress. I left for the beach in size four short shorts! Mission accomplished. Now to keep the train rolling.

I bet the people watchers are happy with your progress as well.

I hope everyone maintained and did not over indulge over the weekend.

I just started a 4 day split and am also doing cardio, boy I hate cardio!!
I am at 175lbs, this is where I usually start bulking again but I'm going to cut a few more pounds, I may even take it into the single digit body fat numbers, we'll see, did I say I hate cardio LOL.

I Talibanned myself this weekend by loading up on Mexican food and drinking an unnecessary amount of alcohol :( Only plus to that is, that it had been about 3 weeks since I had anything outside my strict diet, so I really needed it haha.
