V10 5 gen camaro?

Hey everybody. I have a question for u guys, before I call this guy a liar I wanted to ask u guys first. Today I was doing patrol as a police officer and I saw or what I thought was a 2ss rs I stopped to say hi and give him a thumbs up on his sexy camaro.so as I ask him if it's a automatic or manual v8 and he told me it wasn't a v8 but a v10. He told me he got it stock from the factory they dropped a z06 v10 in a ss body,he said it cost 56000. I asked him to start it up and it sounded like sh@&$t so my question is,is it possible .also he said it sounded like that because he put a exhaust silencer on it. The car looks like a ss brembos in everything so before I call him out on it what do u guys think? Also he said he's putting it up for sale, it's eats to much gas he told me.

First of all, a z06 v10? He's lying worse than a hooker on a busy night. I'm just going to stop at that one part so someone else can take some joy in this dude's moronic statements.

He's full of it... Unfortunately the world has lots of fail in it, and this is one example...

The ZO6 only has 8 cylinders... The Camaro has 6 or 8 depending on the trim level...

To my knowledge the only modern domestic V-10's are in a few dodge vehicles and the 6.8 liter Ford E and F series trucks

He told me he was pushing 510 hp in it. I thought he was full of it. I'll see him again and I'll call him out on it. Probably tomorrow.

What's up with people putting the ss ,r/t ,srt8 or gt symbols on there cars? I've run into a couple of these on v6. And u can tell because of the sound. If u have a v6 be proud no need to fake.

obviously he's a troll........if you do call him out, you don't even have to have him start it us.....just have him pop the hood, and I would ensure there there is more than just you and him at the time....

I suspect one of two scenarios. He either is ****ing with you because he sees you as a a layman. Or he's a moron and was sold a car without knowing what a v10 is and was told that it had a v10 just to get the sell.

BS he's full of it, when i bought my '54 Belair it had 12 cylinders, a inline 6 in the engine bay and a spare inline 6 in the trunk.

He could be right on the horse power. Z06 7 liter puts out 505 stock. But it's a V8 not a V10.
