Yeah velocity diet, 4 weeks of all protein shakes and supplements with only one actual meal per week. Plus workouts and hours of NEPA.

I'll have to look that one up. I do take my Protein shakes 2 to 3 times a day, depending on what I have or haven't eaten. Then I take OxyElite and just started some B12 vitamins. Good for you and keep it up!!

My mom did the HcG drops or whatever, and they helped her lose a lot of weight. Down side is that she was practically starving herself, and started hallucinating!!!
