Yeah mood eating is a bad habit. Because even though you are then the binging can still effect your liver and your heart. You need to find another way to take out that anxiety or stress or whatever. Writing down what you eat definately helps. Especially if you look at the calories of what youre about to eat before you eat it.



No! Hahah. Its actually a family recipe, the way my Mother and sister have been cooking pizzas since she was a little girl. Now mom is too busy so my sister and I make them.

Well one thing I am trying to do with this break up is to eat health.

Yeah I am. I need all the space I can get. I'm almost out on my Mac Book (160g), my two hardrives (160 and 320g) and my iPhone is always full (32g).
