How to post a theme at the bottom of your post

I would like to know how do post a theme picture at the bottom of your post. I out lined where i am talking about.

click user cp click edit signature then you will need to click the picture icon in your message icons and link a photo from somewhere on the net. flicker facebook and so on.

make sure you hit the preview button to see if you set it up correctly.
